These bag frames are tubular spring loaded bag frames as used in carpet bag making, they have a metal pin that slips in the end to secure both pieces together ( they do not have any screws, they just slip inside ) You will need a pair of plyers and possibly a screw driver to dismantle and put back together. I ordered the wrong size so need to sell them These are 15" x 6" open ( internal opening measurement ) long and narrow.
