You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know by convo or email within three days of receiving it. Once you've heard back from me, please return the item undamaged in its original packaging. Once I've received the item, I'll arrange for a refund of the purchase price, or exchange the item for one of the same value, (shipping costs in sending and returning items will not be refunded).
