I accept all major credit cards via Square. Square are the card handling and processing company and they will collect your information and notify me of your order. I do not receive or hold your credit card details.
I also accept Apple pay and Android pay, again I do not receive any of your card details, they are handled by the processing company. |
ShippingNew shipping regulations for EU buyers July 2021. As the UK is no longer in the EU and there is no free movement of goods from UK to EU / rest of the world, YOU the customer will be responsible for any Import Tax, VAT and a handling fees. The new shipping rules will be in place from July 1st 2021, this means that any purchase you make under 150 euros will now be subject to VAT, Import Tax and a handling fee. Please be advised that YOU the consumer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and fees on receiving your parcel.
Items are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS ( depending on destination ) within 3 working days of receiving your payment unless stated For items over the value of £50.00 I ship with tracking details, for smaller items I ship standard parcels. You will receive an email with tracking details ( where applicable ). Please note that any customs charges, handling fees and taxes incurred by your package will be YOUR responsibility. Airmail from the UK to the USA & Canada normally takes 10 to 14 working days to arrive, but at times it can be much slower, so make sure you order your gifts in plenty of time! Lost, damaged or stolen itemsI am not responsible for any items which get lost, damaged or stolen during shipping, however if you do have a problem please let me know as soon as possible as I may be able to sort the problem for you.

ReturnsIf you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know by email at
bagsofelegance@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving it. Once you've heard back from me, please return the item undamaged in its original packaging or similar. Once I've received the item, I'll arrange for a refund of the purchase price, or exchange the item for one of the same value, ( shipping costs in returning items will not be refunded ) UK distance selling regulations :- The Distance Selling Regulations no longer apply in UK law. As of 13 June 2014 the new Consumer Contracts Regulations - which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in UK law - apply to all purchases you make at a distance.
