Q when will my order be shipped ? A Your order will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your payment provided there is not a Bank Holiday at which your order will be shipped the next working day.
Q Can I collect my order rather than have it shipped ? A No sorry, I run my business from my home, it's not suitable to have people come to collect orders from my home.
Q Can I cancel my order ? A If you need to cancel your order please email me as soon as possible so that I can cancel your payment. Please note that custom orders are non refundable and can not be canceled, please see my shipping and returns policy
Q Can I return my order ? A If you are not satisfied with your order you may return your order for an exchange or refund, ( no refunds or returns on custom orders ). Please see my shipping & returns policy
Q How will my order be shipped ? A Your order will be shipped via UPS or Royal Mail tracked, signed and insured for service where applicable, please see shipping details on the product page for more details
Q Why do you need my email ? A I need your email address to fulfill your order, to send you news letters ( if you have opted in to receive them ) and to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
Q Are the bags waterproof ? A No sorry my bags are not waterproof, you can however spray them with a water repellent spray if you wish ( read the instructions of the weather proofing product you wish to use first and do a test piece first so not to damage the fabrics ).
Q Do you make bags with non leather handles ? A Yes I can make most bags with non leather handles, this would be a custom order and you would need to fill out the contact me form so that we can start to build your bag for you
Q I see that your prices are higher in your Etsy shop and in your Folksy shop, why is that ? A Both Etsy and Folksy are third party websites and I have to pay large selling and listing fees to them, on my own website I don't have to pay all of those fees, so I am happy to pass on some of those savings to you my loyal customers.
Q Where are you based ? A I am a small business, I work from my home in Nottingham England NG57LE
Q Why do I have to pay a 50% non refundable deposit for a custom order A I have to take a 50% non refundable deposit for all custom order prior to making, this is to cover some of the basic costs of supplies and my time in researching for suitable fabrics, and any administration, emails etc
