This large weekend carpet bag has been handcrafted from very heavy upholstery grade chenille fabric, fully lined in red cotton canvas and finished off with handcrafted black leather handles and shoulder strap. All bag hardware is in silver nickel finish.
This large Mary Poppins style carpet bag features a semi solid bag base with bag feet, a spring loaded internal bag frame, a twist bag lock on the front, black leather handles, and a detachable and adjustable black leather shoulder strap. Inside ther are 2 slip pockets, 1 large zipper pocket, a key clip and 2 x D rings for the shoulder strap.
measurements approx 36 cm ( 14" ) tall x 48 cm ( 19") across the base x 23 cm ( 9" ) deep base, as this bag has a spring frame, it will open out to 41 cm ( 16" )x 20 cm ( 8" ). The leather handles are approx. 41 cm long. The detachable strap is approx. 80 cm long but can be made longer.
